Had an atrocious experience at this location in Newton Abbot! Ending up in not getting tyres fitted at all on the day I have booked over a week before online. Customer service was appalling, on arrival some 10 mins early for appt time of after 12 noon, was told I would have to wait until 1.30 pm, as I didn't want to get into a dispute with them I left and came back at 1.25 pm, only to be told that as I did not tell them I would be back they had given my slot to another customer and that it would now be 4 pm before they could fit my tyres!! This was totally unacceptable so declined the fitting as I was unable to wait for that length of time (another two and a half hours!). Will definitely not use or recommend them to anyone!!
